Method
  1. PREP: You will need a cutting board, knife and a medium bowl. We used a hand powered food processor to finely chop all ingredients, but you can do it all with a knife too—whatever you fancy. Remember to deseed the melon.
  2. Finely chop cilantro, onion, melon and banana pepper and place into your mixing bowl. Slice corn off husk into the bowl as well..Gently fold all fresh ingredients together with a wooden spoon until evenly combined.
  3. Add sea salt to taste. Serve it up and enjoy!
