Frozen Watermelon Pops are an easy, healthy gluten-free dessert. Grab a watermelon, cookie cutters and craft sticks—and you can make Watermelon Pops! These are super tasty and beautiful to serve at any summer BBQ. Kids dig them and adults too!

Method
  1. Always wash your watermelon rind first. Then starting at one end of your melon, slice 1.5 inch thick slices (the full circle with rind attached). Frozen Watermelon Pops
  2. Lay one watermelon slice flat on cutting board. Using cookie cutters, cut out shapes from melon slices and place on wax paper lined cookie sheet.
  3. Insert craft stick gently at the base of each watermelon shape. Repeat process until desired amount of pops are complete.
  4. If you make more than one layer of watermelon pops on the cookie sheet, make sure to place a sheet of way paper or parchment paper in between each layer. Freeze for 6+ hours serve and enjoy.
