Method
  1. In large mixing, mix ground meat, parsley and Montreal Steak Seasoning together by hand till well combined.
  2. Roll meatballs to about the size of a ping pong ball. Set aside.
  3. In deep pan or pot, heat oil and brown chopped garlic over medium low heat.
  4. Place meatballs in a pot or deep pan and simmer till fully cooked (about 10-15 minutes). Make sure to rotate your meatballs so the lightly brown on all sides.
