Man-Up this Father’s Day (or any day of the week) and serve this delicious GF Crustless Quiche —a great breakfast or brunch for him (or her for that matter)! This one has amazing flavors of Linguiça—a beloved  Portuguese smoked pork sausage—spinach, mushrooms and potato. Give it a try—super simple to bake up and a meal all it’s own.

Method
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F with rack in middle.
  2. Line Cake Pan or Pie Dish with parchment paper.
  3. In large bowl scramble eggs with water or milk. Add-in all chopped ingredients to bowl.
  4. Pour into lined cake pan.
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minute or until top is golden and egg is firm-set in center.
  6. Cool slightly before cutting into wedges.

Recipe Notes

Consider simplifying the chopping process by placing all non-egg ingredients in a food processor to desired size. If you don't have a food processor, a chopping knife works perfectly too.
