These are gourmet crackers with rich flavor and have a cookie-like texture without the crumble. The crackers from this recipe freeze very well, so feel free to double the batch if you’d like extra—these bad boys disappear fast. With it being S’more season, you need to make these GF Graham Crackers; Whether camping, or chilling with friends around a warm fire-pit, graham crackers are great to have around. Method
  1. Preheat oven to 325º F
  2. Beat together the coconut oil, agave nectar, brown sugar and vanilla in one large bowl. Mix all remaining dry ingredients in another bowl. Add dry ingredients into wet mixture in first bowl. Add water as necessary to create a dough-like consistency that you could form into a ball.
  3. Divide the dough in half, cover and refrigerate or freeze for at least two hours or until very cold to reduce stickiness and support easy roll-out.
  4. Roll one half of dough out onto a GF flour-dusted surface. Roll the dough with GF floured rolling pin until it's 1/8 inch thick. Cut dough with knife into 3×3 inch squares. Use GF floured spatula to lift onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Using a fork prick rows of dots into each cracker.
  5. Bake for 20-30 minutes—until lightly browned. Allow to cool and serve. Store in air-tight container for best keeping!
