Classic Jewish soul food—the Matzo Ball! These celebrated dumplings can be made perfectly gluten-free by simply making your own GF matzo meal. Simply use your food processor and chop gluten-free  matzo until fine grain flour appears. Using that, along with quinoa flakes and seltzer water, these Gluten-Free Matzo Balls are deliciously light and fluffy (no sinkers here)—perfect for your sedar table or any day of the week! These Gluten-Free Matzo Balls are kosher and can be made vegan by using ground flax-seed and water as an egg replacement (3 tbsp water to 1 tbsp water= 1 egg), then serve in a veggie broth.

  3. Remove mix from refrigerator. Moisten hands with cold water. Form mixture into balls about one inch in diameter and drop balls into boiling water. Reduce heat and simmer for about 40 minutes. Rotate all of the matzo balls halfway through the cooking so all sides are thoroughly cooked.
