Gluten-Free Quinoa Tabouli Salad – there are so many ways to spell Tabouli—Tabbouli / Tabouli / Tabbouleh—pronounced Tah-boo-li. This Traditional Lebanese salad recipe is made gluten-free by using Quinoa instead of cracked wheat. It is super fresh—A perfect Fall salad that can stand on it’s own paired with a glass of white wine or served as a side dish at brunch. Enjoy!

Method
  1. In a medium sized saucepan, combine the quinoa with broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and lightly simmer for 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
  2. Scoop into large mixing bowl. Add chopped parsley, garlic, tomato and garlic powder to cooked quinoa. Gently fold in other ingredients till evenly combined. Add sea salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Refrigerate in airtight container. When ready, transfer to serving dish and enjoy. This Gluten-Free Quinoa TABOULI Salad can be made up to 3 days ahead of time.
