Method
  1. Pre-heat oven 425 degrees F
  2. Wash, half (length-wise) and de-seed jalapeño peppers.
  3. Using a small spoon, fill each pepper half with .5 oz of goat cheese. Set aside.
  4. Heat cast iron skillet, stove-top over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and diced garlic. Saute for 2 minutes till golden.
  5. Remove skillet from stove-top. Place filled pepper halves in skillet. Drizzle honey atop stuffed pepper. Sprinkle sea salt on top and cracked pepper. Place skillet in oven and bake at 425 degrees for 8 minutes.
  6. If you desire a more golden brown top to you stuffed jalapeños, simply shift your oven to broil. Keep an eye on them and remove when golden tops appear. Serve and enjoy.
