Method
  1. Using a immersion blender (or food processor) combine egg yolks, mustard and lemon juice.
  2. With blender running add oil in a slow continuous stream till you achieve a thick emulsified mixture.
  3. Fold in sea salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Use as needed. Stores well for 1 week in an airtight container. Heck...recycle one of your old mayo jars. Clean out the old and in with the new—your own...way more delicious homemade mayo.
