Method
  1. Place all pitted nectarines, cilantro, onion and 1/2 jalapeño in food processor. Pulse till chunky texture forms.
  2. Transfer chutney from food processor to a medium size bowl. Squeeze the juice of 1-2 limes atop chutney and drizzle olive oil. Fold together with fork. Taste and add salt if desired. Serve and enjoy!
