Method
  1. In large soup pot, heat olive oil.
  2. Add onions, garlic and all dried spices/herbs. Cook till onion is brown around the edges.
  3. Add all other ingredients into the pot.
  4. Pour water to the pot till all vegetables are covered. Bring soup to a boil then reduced heat and cook for 30 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
  5. Using a imersion blender, puree soup till creamy.
  6. Add sea salt to taste and serve.
