Method
  1. Rinse rainbow chard well.
  2. Tear or cut leaves away from stems. Then chop leaves and stems coarsely.
  3. Heat large skillet over high heat. Add in olive oil and garlic to pan. Cook garlic till golden brown.
  4. Add chard a few handfuls at a time, stirring in between.
  5. Sauté until just tender, 2-5 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat. Add lemon juice, sea salt and pepper to taste. Toss till well combined. Then top with raw pumpkin seeds.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
