Method
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Wash and slice your figs in half, from stem to base, and place on parchment paper lined baking sheet with the inside seeded side of fig face up. Evenly Sprinkle pumpkin pie spice atop each fig half. Follow with a gentle drizzle of agave syrup and melted coconut oil.
  3. Roast for 10-15 minutes until figs are soft and a little toasty around the edges.
  4. Plate and drizzle any extra syrup atop plated figs, add a dash of sea salt and a sprig of fresh mint as a garnish. Pairs well with roasted chicken, lamb, veggies and even a perfect topping for vanilla ice cream. Also a great starter with salads.
