Method
  1. Chop bread in to 1/2 inch or 1/4 inch cubes. Set aside.
  2. Finely chop garlic and rosemary.
  3. Heat oil in medium pan over medium heat.
  4. Add in garlic and rosemary. Cook till just turning golden brown.
  5. Add in gluten-free bread cubes and gently move around pan using a wooden spoon allowing the bread to soak up oil and combine with garlic and rosemary while toasting.
  6. Sprinkle onion powder atop toasting croutons and continue to stir and toast.
  7. Cook till your croutons are evenly toasted on all sides— roughly 5-7 minutes.
  8. Finish with sea salt to taste.
