There is something really special about these Paleo waffles. The base is simple and made out of Hazelnut flour. If you can’t find the hazelnut flour at your local grocer, feel free to make it yourself. Simply remove shell of hazelnut (or buy them already de-shelled), then grind them in a food processor using the pulse button till they are as fine as flour. Bing-battah-boom! You’ve got your own hazelnut flour.
