  1. Whip eggs until pale.
  2. Heat syrup in a sauce pan until it boils.
  3. Slowly pour the syrup into the eggs while beating an additional minute.
  4. Mix in salt, vanilla and oil.
  5. Gently combine flour to the liquid mixture. Pour mixture onto waffle iron and cook until both sides are brown.
  6. If you double the recipe, you can freeze these waffles and reheat them in the toaster at a later date.
  7. We generally serve the waffles with a little non-dairy butter. These bad boys have syrup in them, so they don’t need to be topped…but indulge if you wish:-) Enjoy!
