Method
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Sift all flours, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
  3. With an electric mixer, cream butter substitute and sugar together until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, and mix thoroughly after each addition.
  5. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
  6. Add vanilla. Mix all.
  7. Grease two cake pans and dust them with GF flour.
  8. Pour ½ batter into each pan.
  9. Bake for 25 minutes. While the cake is cooking, time to make Dairy-Free Blueberry lemon frosting! Get the recipe here on ProgressiveNectar.com.
  10. Remove cakes from oven when completely baked and set aside until cool. About 20-30 minutes.
