2 tbsp granulated garlic
1 bag of gluten-free pasta
You will need one pot to boil pasta and one pan to sauté your veggies.
Wash and chop asparagus in 1 inch pieces, set aside. Fill large pot half way with water and bring to a boil. Once water boils add pasta to water and boil as directed on package.
While pasta is boiling, heat pan over medium heat. Add olive oil and garlic. Then add asparagus, thyme and granulated garlic. Toss and let cook for 5 minutes.
When pasta is done, drain and return to pot. Drizzle olive oil atop pasta; add shredded Parmesan cheese and sautéed asparagus and garlic. Add seas alt and pepper. Serve it up and enjoy!
