Method
  1. In medium side bowl combine all dry ingredients. Set aside.
  2. Using electric mixer combine all wet ingredients (except sparkling water). Using your combined dry ingredients, add them gently into the wet ingredients. Add sparkling water. Allow electric mixer to fold them together till a pasty dough forms (it should look like very thick pancake batter). If it is too dough-like add a little more non-dairy milk.
  3. Line 2 cake pans or a pie dish with parchment paper. Spoon dough mixture into pan(s). Dip your spoon in water. Using the back of your wet spoon, spread dough to edges and push it up the sides. Dough should cover pan at least ¼ inch thick.
  4. Bake dough at 425F for 15 minutes (top should be slightly golden and set firm). Remove from oven top finish with your favorite toppings
  5. Bake topped pizza for 8-15 minutes—until all cheese is melted and toppings are fully cooked.
  6. For the pizzas featured in this photo we used fresh tomatoes and garlic as the sauce, then topped mushrooms, olives, mozzarella cheese. We added sausage to one.
