  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add Fettuccine and cook for 15 minutes or until al dente. Then drain. Add a drizzle of olive oil to noodles so they won’t stick to one another.
  2. While noodles are boiling, heat large saucepan on low to melt butter into milk alternative. Add sea salt, pepper, tarragon and garlic. Stir in cheese over medium heat until melted to thicken sauce.
  3. Gently fold cooked gluten-free pasta into sauce till thoroughly coated. Serve immediately.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste—enjoy!
