Method
  1. Pre-Heat oven 350 F and line cupcake tins with parchment paper (or regular paper ) cupcake liners.
  2. Combine coconut flour, salt, baking soda in bowl and set aside.
  3. In electric mixer, combine honey, buttermilk, eggs and melted butter.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Mix till evenly combined.
  5. Scoop into lined cupcake tins. Bake for 18-25 minutes until firm and lightly brown on top.
