The Holiday season is one we look forward to all year—friends, family and…drum roll please…..BAKING!  From savory to sweet, pies are one of our favorite treats to make and share with loved ones.    Here is a simple Paleo Pie Crust recipe for your holiday season or any special occasion.  We only use 4 clean ingredients—organic coconut oil, nut flour, and an egg (or egg substitute) creating a really delicious special-diet friendly pie crust that sets well for any filling you desire inside. It’s great for Pecan Pie. You can even use pecan nut flour for the crust to add that wow-factor to your pie. Method
  1. Pre-Heat oven to 350º F
  2. Place almond flour and salt in food processor, pulse till fine. Add coconut oil and egg. Continue to pulse until a ball of dough forms. Then remove dough and press into a 9-inch pie pan. Bake a 350º F for 9-12 minutes. Then you can add your filling and follow whatever recipes you are using for your filling. Feel free to share this recipe with your peeps!
