Method
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. In a large bowl toss peaches, blackberries, lemon juice, 1 tsp cinnamon, and 3 tbsp organic granulated sugar gently till evenly combined.
  3. In small bowl, stir together gluten-free flour, 3/4 cup granulated organic sugar add butter (or coconut oil), blending mixture till evenly crumbly.
  4. Spread the peach mixture in a 13- by 9-inch baking dish, sprinkle crumbly crust mixture evenly on top.
  5. Bake the crisp for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the top is golden.
  6. Serve the crisp with ice cream and enjoy!
