Method
  1. Sprinkle and rub salt into the pork loin, set aside. In a Cuisinart blend pecans, honey and mustard together into a paste. Smear the paste all over the pork loin. Cover and set in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  2. Preheat BBQ to medium heat, 350 degrees Fahrenheit (F). Grill each side of the pork loin for 5-7 minutes until the internal temperature is 140-150 degrees F. Set aside and let rest 5 minutes prior to slicing.
  3. Place sliced pork loin alongside our twisted chimichurri kale slaw*, eat up and enjoy!
